To request a cancellation, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order number. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following situations:
Product is out of stock or unavailable at the time of processing.
Incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable delivery address or contact information.
Suspected fraudulent transaction or misuse of payment methods.
Coupon code misuse or abuse.
Non-delivery of partial payment / advance amount within the agreed timeframe.
In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid within 5–7 business days.
2. Return Policy
Important Notice: Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfume products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed products under any circumstances. Perfumes are non-returnable once the seal is broken.

2.2 How to Raise a Return Request
Follow these steps to initiate a return for eligible cases:

Share proof of the issueSend clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damaged / wrong / defective product. Videos are strongly preferred as they provide clear evidence.
We review your requestOur team will review your complaint within 24–48 business hours and get back to you with a decision.
Return the product (if approved)If your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions. Do not ship the product back without our confirmation — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Receive your replacement or refundOnce we receive and inspect the returned product, your replacement will be dispatched or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued in the following situations:
Order cancelled within 24 hours of placement (before shipping).
Return approved for damaged, wrong, or defective product.
Order cancelled by LAVIYERE due to stock unavailability or other reasons on our end.
Payment charged but order not confirmed due to a technical error.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
3.3 Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
Opened or used perfume products.
Change of mind after the order has been shipped.
Dissatisfaction with fragrance (scent perception is subjective).
Advance payment for partial payment orders where delivery was refused by the customer without a valid reason.
Orders where an incorrect address was provided, leading to failed delivery.
Damage caused by improper use or storage after delivery.
3.4 Partial Payment Refund Policy
If you chose the partial payment option (pay advance online + balance on delivery):
If you cancel before shipment — the advance amount will be fully refunded.
If you refuse delivery without a valid reason — the advance amount is non-refundable.
If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability — we will attempt re-delivery once. If the second attempt also fails, the order will be cancelled and the advance amount will not be refunded.
If the product is damaged or wrong — full refund including advance applies after return inspection.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a wrong product, we will replace it with the correct product at no extra cost after verification. If you wish to change your order to a different fragrance or size, the original order must be cancelled within 24 hours and a new order placed.
5. Damaged in Transit
All our products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged due to mishandling by the courier:
Take an unboxing video before opening the package — this is the strongest evidence.
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and video.
We will raise a complaint with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Pro Tip: Always record a short video while opening your LAVIYERE package. This protects you in case of any damage or discrepancy and makes the resolution process much faster.
