We take every effort to accurately describe our products, including fragrance notes, sizes, and packaging. However:
- Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person.
- Product images are for representation purposes — actual packaging may vary slightly.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, or availability at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
3.1 Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through our website cart or via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us on WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
3.2 Payment Methods
- Online Payment: Processed securely via Cashfree Payments. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
- Partial Payment: You may pay a percentage of the order value upfront (as displayed at checkout), with the remaining balance payable at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery).
- WhatsApp Orders: Payment details are confirmed directly via WhatsApp.
3.3 Pricing
All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time the order is confirmed.
3.4 Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp immediately. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Delivery Partners
We ship across India using Delhivery and other trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.2 Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote areas: 7–12 business days
Delays may occur due to public holidays, adverse weather, or logistics disruptions beyond our control.
4.3 Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹0. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
4.4 Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. LAVIYERE shall not be liable for non-delivery or loss due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Refund Policy
Important: Due to the nature of perfume products (hygiene and safety reasons), we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.
5.1 Eligible for Return / Refund
- Product received in damaged or broken condition (report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video).
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered).
- Product that is clearly defective or counterfeit.
5.2 Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used perfume bottles.
- Products with tampered seals or packaging.
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Products damaged by the customer after delivery.
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery for damaged/wrong items.
5.3 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For WhatsApp orders paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
5.4 How to Raise a Complaint

6. Partial Payment & Cash on Delivery Terms
When you choose the partial payment option:
- You pay a non-refundable advance (as shown at checkout) online at the time of ordering.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
- If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, the advance amount will not be refunded.
- If delivery fails due to reasons beyond our control (wrong address, no one available), we will attempt re-delivery once. A second failed attempt may result in order cancellation without refund of the advance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the LAVIYERE name and logo, fragrance names (AVENZ, AEROS, BLEU, SAVAGE), product descriptions, images, design, and text — are the exclusive property of LAVIYERE and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

By using our website and services, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information when placing an order.
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose.

9. Coupon Codes & Promotions
- Coupons are valid only for the period and conditions specified.
- Only one coupon can be applied per order.

- Misuse of coupons may result in order cancellation.

Perfumes contain alcohol and fragrance compounds that may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Always perform a patch test before use. Keep away from eyes, open flames, and out of reach of children. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We encourage you to first contact us directly to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing legal action.
